How it works · Shift flower counts

Every shift count, backed by a live photo.

Staff count every strain and take one live photo of the shelf. The bag labels in that photo are read on the spot, and any count that doesn't line up reaches the manager with the reason and the photo attached.

Four steps, every shift

How a count works

  1. Step 1: Take one live photo

Camera only, at the shelf. Nothing from the camera roll.

  2. Step 2: Labels read on the spot

Strain name and weight on every bag. A mismatch is named on the form.

  3. Step 3: Count every strain, PIN to submit

Staff never see an expected number.

  4. Step 4: Managers see the gaps, with the photo

Each count against the last shift and the POS, label flags alongside.

Example · Store A · Morning Close

Cheetah Piss is 3 over. The photo shows why.

Staff count 50 bags of Cheetah Piss 3.5 g. Three of them are really Blue Dream. The label check names it on the form, staff still submit, and the manager sees the gap with the reason next to it.

Label flag3 bags in the Cheetah Piss 3.5 Grams row aren't Cheetah Piss (labels read "BLUE DREAM 3.5 g")

The count photo is one tap away. POS on-hand: 47.

The fix: move the 3 Blue Dream bags to their own row. Cheetah Piss is back to 47.
